In order to solve the problem of residue disposal, XINAN developed hot water-heating system using wood residue as fuel to supply heat for wood drying, paint drying, workshop heating, etc. This system has the features of energy and capital saving, coolant and water saving, low running cost, safe and reliable, high thermal efficiency and no pollution, stable temperature and wide ranging usage

       

 The high-temperature hot-water is purged from the boiler to the heating coil, after heat exchanging, comes back to the boiler.

When some kilns need be heated simultaneously, the hot water is distributed by the general tube to each of them. if none of them need be heated, the valve on the bypass pipe is opened automatically and the hot water comes back to the boiler directly.

The problem of inflation of water can be solved through the water tank that is above the boiler.
